How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across Malaysia, no minimum spend required. What you see at checkout is the final price.

Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?
Absolutely. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Just contact our team to get started.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email us at info@bloomisel.com or use our contact form. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is completely free.

When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and sent back to your original payment method. We’ll email you once it’s complete.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for all orders. You’ll need a valid PayPal account to complete checkout securely. All prices are listed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
